Dunn based Day-2, the 8-minute conversation, on data showing that even a brief chat with a friend has measurable effects on well-being. There Dunn outlines a useful strategy. Text first asking for 8 minutes. Second, stick to the 8-mnutes. Third, if more time is needed schedule it. Fan one way through this flip book is a zoom-out from the picnic to the park way then way beyond into into outer space with the stars. Fan in the opposite direction is a zooms-in burrows down through the skin of hand of one picnicker, past the molecular structure of biology to the relative enormous space between atoms. Remarkable, both end views are strikingly similar.

Seva Stress Release: an Insight Acupressure protocol

The word “seva” comes from Sanskrit, meaning ‘selfless service,’ underscoring the intention behind this protocol: to offer compassionate, accessible healing touch that can be shared freely and taught widely.

The protocol arose to serve first responders and others on site, after the attack of 2001 September 11. Insight Acupressure faculty were among relief workers administering to the front-line rescue and recovery workers.
