Body Awake Yoga

BodyAwake Yoga is a school of yoga developed by Dr. Sue Morter to unite body, mind, and breath. Benefits to physical and emotional health are welcomed byproducts. The primary purpose is to discover the self at a soul level.
With each asana, there is a direction for consciousness as well as breath. The work can be from a mat or chair. Yoga is done in clothing that allows for movement. An asana or brief series can be included in a coaching session or recommended as work to be done between coaching or other somatic sessions.
Trager Mentastics

Trager Method is a movement and palpitation therapy that entrains the body to connect micro-movements with macro movements and vice versa.
When used as a movement therapy, a client is guided to move their body while standing or lying. What is felt by the client and observed by the practitioner is taken to the massage table.
When used as a palpitation therapy, the flow, rhythm, and amplitude of movement throughout the structure of a client’s body are expressed.
Trager is most often done in street clothes on or off the table. Trager pairs well with coaching and other somatic modalities. The movement piece, Mentastics, can be done remotely. Clients seek Trager for enlivenment, coordination, or general well-being.
Sound Balancing

5-Element Sound Balancing is a sound therapy using Biosonic® tuning forks forged with overtones as per John Beaulieu’s specifications. It adheres to John Beaulieu’s BioSonic Repatterning® using tones based on a Five-Element Theory, bridging Chinese and Ayurvedic traditions. Sound Balancing is typically a companion with coaching or another modality to add chakra work into a session.
Sound Balancing can be conducted in-person or remotely. Clients seek 5-Element Sound Balancing for general well-being and harmony.
ReiKi

ReiKi is a practice of connecting an individual’s subtle energetic field to the Universal Subtle Energy Field. In China, subtle energy is called Qi. In India, it is called Prana. It is Ki in Japan.
The touch is light and without tissue manipulation. ReiKi in-person is done in the clinic. The client remains in their street clothes. ReiKi can be done on a massage table or in a massage chair. ReiKi afar is scheduled like an in-person session but is conducted remotely. The practitioner connects with the client remotely. It is recommended that the client rest or meditate during the scheduled session. Integration and general well-being are common reasons clients choose ReiKi.
Psych-K

PSYCH-K is a transformational coaching tool developed by Rob Williams in 1988 as a simple and direct way to change limiting beliefs and surmount internal obstacles. He calls the tools balances. One addresses the subconscious and another addresses the brain hemispheres. There are several others that connect to the universal mind.
In a series of coaching sessions, as clients progress through discovery they will arrive at an intention to do something or become a better version of themselves. This is the time to introduce an appropriate PSYCH-K balance. Lisa is a trained PSYCH-K facilitator.
Meditation

Meditation is the art of focusing on one thing as an invitation to discover stillness. As a routine practice, meditation offers improved well-being of body, mind, heart, and spirit. Clients are encouraged to have a daily meditation practice. dellAureo wellness has several ways to support this. A guided meditation session can be conducted in person or remotely.
Life Coaching

Life Coaching is collaborative work between a practitioner and client on behalf of the client. The coach broadly does three things. The coach offers a platform to bring the client into self-learning mode. The coach provides tools for the client to develop agency. The coach holds space for accountability.
Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is a good companion with therapy, should a client want to explore the deep whys and hows of a situation or relationship. Coaching accepts the client and their landscape where they are presently to proceed on a specific named goal.
A set series of coaching sessions can carry a client from discovery through definition and into embarking on the named goal.
As is fitting in a coaching session, select somatic modalities may be included to ease through a difficult juncture, clear the base, or solidify a new awareness.
Clients who work with Lisa have goals that work best when body, mind, heart, and spirit are aligned and desire this kind of whole-self embodiment.
Breathwork

Breathwork is multifunctional. Breathwork is paired with another modality to calm or activate a client as needed. Good respiratory hygiene is primary before specialized breathing techniques are brought into a session. Breathwork can be conducted in-person or remotely.
Acupressure

Insight Acupressure activates a client’s subtle energetic body to return to homeostasis and flow. The touch is light to medium with engagement focused on one or several points along the energetic meridians on the body, as defined by Chinese Medicine.
Digits of the hands are used instead of needles. Protocols for a session are constructed based on the five-element model and customized for the client’s presentation. In-person sessions are conducted on a massage table and the clients remain in street clothes.
Acupressure can be paired with other modalities. Acupressure can be included in a remote coaching session. The practitioner creates a brief protocol. The practitioner demonstrates it, and then leads the client through the protocol on their own body. This energetic work addresses the whole person in body, mind, heart, and spirit.
CraniolSacral

CranioSacral Therapy is a technique to read and balance a client’s craniosacral system, compromising the cerebrospinal fluid and membranes of the brain and spinal cord, as well as the oral cavity, cranial and sacral bones.
The touch is light with some gentle tissue manipulation. The session is done face-up on a massage table, while the client remains in street clothes. Belts and scarves are removed so that there is no construction of the waist or neck. Clients seek craniosacral therapy to address TMJ, sinus congestion, headaches, and general well-being.
