Be part of guided and collaborative group experience to explore transformation of the self. The exploration begins with how we are present in our lives now. The journey is to reenvision how we want to show-up in our lives and build a toolkit to arrive.
From current science and metaphysics, best practices in mind-body-heart-spirit will be explored and practiced.
